At NurseLed Medical, we believe patients deserve time to be listened to, properly assessed
and clearly supported.
Our service is being developed to provide private Advanced Nurse Practitioner-led healthcare for adults who need
professional clinical assessment, treatment, prescribing, diagnostic testing, wound care, injections or home-visit support.
 

The aim is to offer a safe, thorough and compassionate service that complements NHS care and
supports continuity with your GP where appropriate.

Planned Core Services

Subject to CQC registration and clinical suitability, planned services include:

• Minor illness assessment and treatment

• Private prescribing where clinically appropriate

• Blood tests and diagnostic screening

• Wound assessment and dressings

• Leg ulcer and Doppler/ABPI assessment

• Injections and medicines administration

• Clinical observations and review

• Home visits/private home consultations

• GP letters, referral advice and safety-netting

• Private Home Consultations

• Aesthetic and skin rejuvenation treatments​

Planned Specialist Pathways

Additional services may be introduced once the relevant competency, indemnity, SOPs, consent documentation, patient information, equipment and clinical governance arrangements are in
place.

Planned specialist pathways may include:

•  ADHD assessment and treatment support

• Menopause and hormone-related health assessments

• Allergy, environmental and biomarker blood testing

• Bowel care and catheter-related nursing support

• Therapeutic Botox for migraine or hyperhidrosis

• Skin lesion/skin tag assessment and procedures, where appropriately registered and

governed

• Acupuncture or supportive therapies where clinically appropriate

 

NurseLed Medical is led by an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Non-Medical
Prescriber with over 20 years’ nursing experience.
The service is built around professional clinical assessment, safe decision-making, clear
communication and compassionate care.
Patients will receive honest advice, clear safety-netting and, where appropriate, communication
with their NHS GP or other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.

For patients who prefer or require care at home, NurseLed Medical is being developed to
offer private home consultations within the local service area.
Home visits may be suitable for wound care, blood tests, injections, clinical reviews and selected
assessments, depending on clinical need and safety.
All home visits will be subject to pre-assessment, clinical suitability, availability and safe access.
